This Life Insurance Fit Check is run by Jeremy Bitton, a licensed life insurance agent. This policy explains what information the quiz collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you complete the quiz, we collect:
- Your full name, phone number, and email address
- Your ZIP code, if you choose to provide it (optional)
- Your answers to the 4 quiz questions: what’s happening in your life, what you’re looking for, the monthly amount you could put toward coverage, and your age range
- A preferred call time, if you choose to provide one (optional)
- Your consent to be contacted, as given on the form
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your request. Jeremy will contact you by phone, text, or email about coverage options, based on the consent you gave on the form. That contact may include follow-ups about your request.
How submissions are handled
Quiz submissions are delivered to Jeremy by email and logged in his private client tracker so he can follow up on your request.
Sharing your information
Your personal information is not sold. It is shared with an insurance carrier only if you choose to proceed with an application.
This page uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sends a PageView signal to Meta when the page loads and a Lead event to Meta when a quiz submission is completed; this data goes to Meta and is used to measure ad performance and attribute leads to the ads that brought them.
Text messages
If you receive text messages about your request, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
